Passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021, at Listowel Memorial Hospital at the age of 89.
Beloved husband of the late Muriel (2020).
Dear father of Gordon (Annette) Wray, the late Irene Wray, Murray (Robin) Wray, Warren Wray and Dianne Wray.
Cherished grandfather to John (Lauren), Susan, Matthew and James Wray, Christopher and Jennifer Loew, and Nathan and Clayton Wray. Great-grandfather to Everly and Brynn Wray.
Dear brother of Doris (late Stan) Hays, late George (1971), Eileen (Jack) Toms, Wesley (Gladys) and Loreen (Frank) Alton.
John’s family received relatives and friends from 12:30-1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral service followed in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment was at Parkview Cemetery. Those who were unable to attend are able to view John’s live stream recording on his memorial page under ‘Photos & Videos’.
