Reta Pearl Dunbar of Listowel, formerly of Wroxeter, passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, in her 98th year.
Wife of the late Jim Dunbar (1994).
Loving mother of Gail & Lloyd Martin of Listowel.
Devoted grandmother of Mike & Jen Smith of Listowel, Gary Smith & Beth Fisher of London, and Daryl Smith & Sara Dhooma of Kitchener, and adored great-grandmother of Bret, Jake, and Chelsea.
Sister of Laura Douglas of Stratford, and sister-in-law of Pat Dunbar of Englehart. Predeceased by her parents Les and Eva (Clegg) Earl, brothers Chester Earl, and Arnold Earl, and by her sister Berth Searson.
The funeral service was held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel, on Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., with visitation being held one hour prior and the reception followed.
Interment was in Wroxeter Cemetery.
