Joanne Maxine Gorrie of Walkerton passed away Monday, November 15, 2021, at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton, in her 97th year. Beloved mother of Steve (Donna) of Meaford, Norman (Cathy) of Thunder Bay, Ellen (Lyle Wettlaufer) of Grande Prairie, Alberta, Janet (Kent) Alton of Clinton, and Heather (Paul) Robson of Lindsay. Joanne will be lovingly remembered by her many grand and great-grandchildren, and her brother Jerry (Joanne) Berlette of Waterloo.
Predeceased by her first husband Jack Gorrie, second husband Frank Keating, sister Dorothy (James) Lind, stepmother Florence Berlette, and parents Cecil and Pauline (nee Basset) Berlette.
A private memorial service celebrating Joanne’s life will take place with interment in Walkerton Cemetery.
