Joan May (Ellis) Cane, formerly of Gorrie, passed away at Strathcona Long Term Care on Sunday, November 21, 2021, in her 82nd year.
Wife of the late Bill Cane Sr. Mother of Bill Cane Jr. of Hanover, and Helen Cane Kestner & John Kestner of Mount Forest. Grandmother of Joshua Kestner & Hannah Risidore, and Joelle Kestner. Sister-in-law of Sylvia Ellis, and Primrose Ellis.Predeceased by her parents Sydney & Margaret (Brunston) Ellis, sister Mollee Ellis, and brothers Eric Ellis and Jim Ellis.
Visitation will be held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Gorrie Cemetery.
