WALKERTON - The closing date for nominations for Brockton’s vacant council position was Jan. 6 at 2 p.m.

Only four points separates the bottom half of the North Pollock Division of the Provincial Junior Hockey League, with the Walkerton Capital’s 20 points keeping the squad ahead of the Wingham Ironmen and out of the basement by one point.
