The LDSS junior boys’ hockey team had a short but highly-successful season, entering two competitive tournaments this spring.

Two Listowel Junior Cyclones alumni are returning home, albeit behind the bench instead of on it this time around.

It was a flawless Friday of rugby for both the F.E. Madill girls’ and senior boys clubs on April 28, with the latter taking a 24-0 win over St. Michael Catholic Secondary School. The girls squad would post a 26-0 victory over St. Mike's.

Listowel District Secondary School will once again have excellent representation at the upcoming Western Ontario Secondary Schools Athletic Association (WOSSAA) badminton finals next week.

It was a night for celebrating another stellar curling season while raising some much-needed funds for a new piece of equipment, and the Listowel Curling Club (LCC) was successful in both endeavours during its annual fundraising dinner and auctions on April 22.
