It took the Walkerton Capitals until Nov. 27 to pick up three victories last year during their 2022-23 PJHL regular season. It took this year’s edition of the team all of 10 days to accomplish the same feat.

It was the Battle of Listowel on Sept. 6 at John Bell South, as the 15U WOBA1 and #2 squads faced off in playdown action. WOBA2 got the better of #1 on this particular night, coming away with a decisive 15-1 victory.
