The Listowel Junior Legionnaires are looking forward to returning to the friendlier confines of John Bell South for the month of July, following an extended June road trip that saw the club go 1-5 overall.
Pop-up Character Run in Monkton
Andrew Bucsis was the lone runner at the Monkton 10km pop up marathon hosted by the Community of Character, which occurred during a heat warning. When asked why he would brave the heat, Bucsis answered, “the great work the Community of Character does – and the freezies.”
LDSS hands out 2021-22 Athletic Awards
Listowel District Secondary School’s athletic program returned in fine form for 2021-22, with over 200 student-athletes competing on approximately 30 teams through the fall, winter and spring seasons.
