With the 2022-23 minor hockey season wrapping up, the Listowel U9 Tier 1 Cyclones helped close out their campaign with a home date against the Mid-Huron Huskies at the Steve Kerr Memorial Complex on March 29. The Cyclones were doubled up 6-3 by the visitors. Pictured:

The Wingham Ironmen took the division’s top club to the limit, but in the end fell just short in their bid for a berth in the Pollock finals.

The Blyth-Brussels Crusaders U13 LL squad travelled to Palmerston to take on the Minto Mad Dogs on March 16. The Crusaders were handed their first loss of the post-season, losing 6-1.

The Wingham Ironmen U15 LL team travelled to Goderich to take part in the 72nd annual Young Canada Week tournament. The Wingham Minor Hockey executive committee has asked North Huron council to reconsider proposed service cuts at North Huron’s recreation facilities as part of the 2023 budget deliberations.
