F.E. Madill boys, girls rugby teams kick off season with wins
It was a flawless Friday of rugby for both the F.E. Madill girls’ and senior boys clubs on April 28, with the latter taking a 24-0 win over St. Michael Catholic Secondary School. The girls squad would post a 26-0 victory over St. Mike's.
Dinning Cup continues resurgence with 15th running

The Walkerton District Community School Grade 5/6 girls’ basketball team had a great day at the Bluewater Tournament in Chesley. The girls played well as a team and were all quick learners. They improved throughout the day and were competitive in every game. They lost their second game by two points
Optimists host youth volleyball tournament
This past weekend, April 22 and 23, the Walkerton and District Optimist Club sponsored a youth grade 6-8 volleyball tournament. It ran both Saturday and Sunday and was organized by Mary Steffen, a teacher from ICS Formosa. It was a huge success and it seemed the youth enjoyed some extra time to play
