With the support of Jelleke and Frank Sluys, the Listowel Memorial Hospital Auxiliary recently held its annual Listowel Greenhouses fundraiser. This event has been happening for over 25 years. The sun was shining outside on Saturday morning, but the participants in the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s were as cool as cucumbers inside Between The Lines as they walked to raise funds for the regional organization.

The Listowel Firefighters Association hosted its annual breakfast on Sunday morning, serving hundreds of folks at the Listowel Ag. Hall. By 11 a.m., more than 650 people had enjoyed breakfast, with a steady stream of people continuing to roll in.
