It is with broken hearts and profound sadness that the family of Christopher Steven Sellen of Listowel announces his sudden passing on Friday, August 5, 2022, at the age of 45 years.
Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Fulton) Sellen, and proud father of Gavin. Son of Sandra (Diegel) & Kevin Cunningham of Goderich, brother of Greg & Amber Sellen of South River, and step-brother of Kristina & Rodney Hudson of Wingham. Son-in-law of John Fulton & friend Lise Larocque of Ottawa, brother-in-law of Jennie Potenza of Ottawa, and Christine & Mark Stinson of Smiths Falls. Survived by nieces and nephews: Makayla, Abby, Jake, Caden, and Annabelle.
Predeceased by his mother-in-law Thérèse Fulton, and grandparents Wilfred & Mary Diegel.
Chris will forever be known for his infectious laugh, kind heart, and love of all things especially his family, friends, baseball, and all his toys.
Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Wednesday, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. where a private family funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. The service will be live-streamed, and the link available on the funeral home website.
A public celebration of Chris’ life will be held at Parkview Gardens (Listowel Legion) on Friday, August 19, 2022 from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m.
