From Sept. 9, 1987: The new water tank in Mildmay literally ‘towers’ above the eight-year-old, 72-foot tank. The new structure has a 96-foot silo with a 42-foot tank on top. The old tower did not supply enough pressure and Will be torn down when the new one goes into service with November Slated as the tentafive completion date.
