LISTOWEL – Police have charged a North Perth resident with mischief following an incident on Wallace Avenue North in Listowel last month.
On July 30 just after 3 p.m., Perth County OPP responded to the incident. Police say they attended the area and saw damage to a parked vehicle at a business. An investigation was initiated and police spoke with witnesses.
The accused, 29-year-old David Ernest of North Perth, was later arrested and charged with mischief under $5,000.
Ernest was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
