Representatives from the Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund present the fund’s 250th life-saving defibrillator to the Wingham Legion (Branch 180) on Wednesday April 22. This milestone donation was made in the honour of Corporal Matthew Dinning, a local hero killed in the line of duty in Afghanistan 20 years ago. Below - Dave Mounsey’s mom Shirley holds back tears as she watched the presentation with Mounsey’s former partner, Brenda Orr. Bottom right: Matthew’s dad, Lincoln Dinning displays a tie that once belonged to the late Dave Mounsey – a memento he wears on special occasions – underscoring the personal connection to Mounsey and the Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund’s 250th defibrillator dedication.
