AMDSB attendance report: 59.6% of students are meeting ministry’s attendance expectation of 90%

A report presented to the Avon Maitland District School Board informed trustees that the Ministry of Education has asked school boards to publicly report on school attendance, with the expectation that every student should strive for 90 per cent attendance.
