Listowel boundary expansion approved, but density questions raised for development

The above is a conceptual lot plan for a parcel of land west of Listowel. Although Perth County council did not approve the plan, it did approve the expansion of the Listowel residential boundary, thus allowing residential homes to be built on the subject lands west of the community.
