Thank you for running Pauline Kerr’s story “Court rules in favour of local pilot” (July 22 issue) as this dispels some of the previous untruths that an earlier letter writer penned to your paper.
I was not convicted by Transport Canada, nor even charged with a transgression as your writer claimed, nor have I violated any safety issues claimed.
The story that Ms. Kerr wrote is entirely accurate as she quoted directly from Justice J. Ziegler.
