HOWICK – Riley Brugess is Howick’s new bylaw enforcement/canine control officer. The former officer, Lisa MacDonald, submitted a letter of resignation last December. Brugess was the recommended hire by Reeve Doug Harding and Deputy Reeve Eldon Bowman, who interviewed the applicants.
