HURON-KINLOSS - South Bruce OPP ended up seizing a number of weapons after responding to a single vehicle collision on Sept. 25, at approximately 5:41 p.m. The collision took place at the intersection of Highway 21 and Concession 10.

Huron County OPP has charged a Huron East resident with 11 offences following a traffic stop on Aug. 29.

HANOVER - A 41-year-old man of no fixed address faces a number of charges after being arrested three times in five days.

BROCKTON - A 48-year-old Hanover resident has been charged with failing to remain at the scene of an accident following a Sept. 12 incident.

PERTH EAST - One person has been charged with drug trafficking following a traffic stop here on Aug. 25.

HANOVER - In the early hours of Sept. 8, Hanover Police officers conducted a traffic stop on 10th Avenue.

Noticeable in Listowel the past several months are educational signs warning of the prevalence of scams. Midwestern Newspapers has reported on scams and police education in response, in Huron, Perth, Grey and Bruce Counties in eight separate articles in the first six months of 2025.

On August 14, Huron County OPP investigated a a report of intimate partner violence (IPV).

On Aug. 26, the South Bruce OPP were dispatched to an address in Kincardine, where an individual reported being victim of a fraud.

ELMWOOD - Bruce Road 10 between Concession 4 and Concession 6 has reopened following a fatal motor vehicle collision.

A vehicle and pedestrian collision in Seaforth has claimed the life of a 77-year-old Huron East resident, a police report confirms.  

Huron County OPP has charged a West Perth resident with a criminal driving offence following a traffic stop in a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) check in Huron East on July 4.

LONDON - West Region members of the OPP laid 1,425 charges within 1801 traffic stops across the region during the Civic Holiday long weekend traffic campaign.
