Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance (LWHA) has worked closely with its partners in infection prevention and control to ensure patients, staff, physicians and families/caregivers are safe and protected while in local hospitals.

Listowel District Secondary School will once again have excellent representation at the upcoming Western Ontario Secondary Schools Athletic Association (WOSSAA) badminton finals next week.

It was a night for celebrating another stellar curling season while raising some much-needed funds for a new piece of equipment, and the Listowel Curling Club (LCC) was successful in both endeavours during its annual fundraising dinner and auctions on April 22.

Like most young baseball squads, the Listowel Junior Legionnaires had a very up-and-down season in 2022. Now a year older and featuring a largely returning roster, the local club is looking to further establish itself in the Midwestern Ontario Senior Baseball League (MOSBL) this season.
