Brockton reports strong residential growth in 2021

The past five years have seen significant growth for the Municipality of Brockton. Evidence of that, apart from seeing all the new builds in town, can be seen in the above graph depicting the amount of building permit fees collected over the past five years. Last year saw $421,368.82 collected by Brockton, nearly $300,000 more than in 2017. (Brockton council agenda package image)
BROCKTON – Among the items on the agenda at Brockton’s first council meeting of the new year was a very encouraging report from the building and planning manager, Dieter Weltz.
