Philip Jackman of Chesley won $104,529.20 in the Jan. 26 Lotto 6/49 draw. The 55-year-old was shocked to realize he was a big winner. He plans to finish building his house, invest some, and take a trip to Jamaica. The winning ticket was purchased at Petro Canada on Kennedy Road in Scarborough.
