Howick Township seeing an increase in suspected dumped animals

Scrolling through the “What’s Up Listowel” page on Facebook on Nov. 8, many community members came across a post re-shared of two dogs dumped in a ditch on Malcolm Line between Orange Hill road and Salem Road in Howick Township, along with a bag of garbage.
