Frederick Lafayette Connaghan of Listowel passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, in his 88th year.
Husband of the late Hélène Décoste-Connaghan, and the late Isabel Connaghan. Step-father of Patrick & Tina Décoste of Listowel, and step-grandfather of Amber & fiancé Harrison, Tyler, and Hailey.
Brother of Helen Connaghan & Garnet Negus of Lindsay, Ernie & Betty Connaghan of Hamilton, Violet & Gary Baragar, Ruby Connaghan, and Franky & Janice Connaghan, all of Oshawa.
Also sadly missed by his dear friend Anne Timmerman and her family.
Predeceased by his sisters Margaret Mills, Patricia Fowler, and brother Jimmy Connaghan.
A private family funeral service will be held at Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
Memorial donations to Stratford-Perth Humane Society would be appreciated.
