Campbell Alan Grant of Listowel passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Monday, March 23, 2026, in his 87th year.
Husband of Faye (Engel) Grant.
Father of Steve & Heather Grant, and Doug Grant, all of Listowel, and Mike & Sherry Grant of Elmira.
Grandfather of Cassie & Shane Parker, Andrew Grant & Erin Williamson, Brendan Grant, Daniel Grant, and Kelly Grant.
Brother-in-law of Dianne McLory of Woodstock, Gayle & Ken Dewar of Monkton, Cindy Engel of Seaforth, and Jim Olson of Alliston, and remembered by his nieces and nephews.
Campbell was predeceased by his parents Gordon & Murra (Schram) Grant, and by his sisters Robena Olson/Ferguson, Isabel Carnie, and Shirley Brown.
Campbell was a dedicated employee of Bell Canada for 37 years where he built long lasting relationships with his co-workers and was proud of the work he did.
He was also a dedicated husband and father, coaching his sons in hockey and baseball. Campbell enjoyed curling for many years and the comradery that came with the game.
Once Campbell retired in 1994, he and Faye traveled across Canada from coast to coast over the next several years. His grandchildren brought him great joy and he and Faye traveled to many a dance completions and hockey and soccer games to cheer them on.
Campbell will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Visitation was held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Wednesday, March 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The funeral service was held at Trinity United Church, Listowel, on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with reception that followed.
Spring interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
