Clayton Joseph Salter of Molesworth passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, March 7, 2025 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Katherine Sara Salter (nee Gellner 2018). Dear father of the late Susan Salter, Marie and Greg Blake of Molesworth and the late Michael Salter and Andrea Salter of Grand Ledge, Michigan. Loving Grandfather and Great grandfather of Sarah and Cory Hart and James Clayton and Adrienne Salter and April, Olivia, Emma, William, Wyatt and Owen; Crystal Blake and Dwayne Vanravenswaay, Victoria Blake, Sophia and Emmett, Patricia and Ryan Scott; Allysha Salter, MacKenzie Salter and Ellison Salter. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by his brothers Glen, Orval, Delbert and Kenneth Salter and sisters and Helen and Cecil Beggs and Muriel Salter.
The family received friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The funeral service was held in the Listowel Missionary Church on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
