On Oct. 10, a group of local youth completed its summer fundraising vision for the North Perth Community Hospice when it completely redesigned the downtown Listowel office’s new ‘Kids’ Corner.’ The members, who range from grades four to 10, sold homemade bracelets and jam over the summer, then used the $1,500 in profits to buy materials to outfit the space, all in an effort to assist children dealing with difficult circumstances when they visit the hospice.
