WINGHAM – The West Coast Whitecaps minor hockey program has started well according to Chairperson/President Ryan Sanders. “It seems to be going well,” he said, adding the organization has a positive record right now. “We’ve been going full-bore since the first Wednesday in September, and we’ve had teams making it to the semi-finals of tournaments.”…
