ELDERSLIE TOWNSHIP – Police have charged a West Grey resident with impaired driving after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle on March 22.
According to police, the report of a suspicious vehicle along Grey-Bruce Line was received at 11:45 p.m. that evening. Police say officers responded and found the driver had been drinking alcohol.
Charged is 34-year-old Tobias Nisbet of West Grey Township. Nisbet has been charged with impaired driving, driving while prohibited and driving while under suspension.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on April 20 to answer to the charges.
