We need both supervised consumption sites and addiction treatment hubs

The provincial government’s plan to move supervised drug consumption sites from school zones looks good at first glance.  No one in their right mind would want something like that in close proximity to places where there are small children – used needles and other dangerous items lying on the ground, drug dealers and other criminals…
