The Walkerton District Community School junior and senior boys’ basketball teams both had successful seasons, with both teams winning silver medals at the CWOSSA basketball tournament held in Walkerton on Feb. 24. Both teams had to win three games in a row to reach the final. The junior boys lost the gold medal game in overtime 42-39 to Woodland Christian.
