Walkerton U18 Rep Capitals play in Regional Silver Stick Tournament

The Walkerton Capitals went 2-1-0 at the U18 Silver Stick tournament last week. The team started off with a 3-0 win over the Tavistock Titans on Nov. 12, before falling 2-1 to the Minto Mad Dogs on Nov. 14. They regained themselves with a 4-1 win over the South Grey Spartans. Their record carried them to the semi-finals on Nov. 19 against the Huron Bruce Blizzard. In a hard-fought game, the Capitals ultimately fell 2-1 to the Blizzard. (Kelsey Bent photo)
