The South Grey Bruce and Area Parkinson’s Support Group hosted its annual Walk-It at the Hanover Park in September. This walk has currently raised just over $48,000 for Parkinson’s Society Southwestern Ontario to support research, support, and programs for this area. They meet monthly at Hope Community Church in Hanover on the second Tuesday of each month at 1:30 p.m. Those with Parkinson’s and/or are a care-giver are welcome to join the group.
