Waetchers make donation to Victoria Jubilee Hall project

The front stairs at Victoria Jubilee Hall are a step closer to being updated, thanks to a personal $3,000 donation from Rhonda and Fred Waechter. The steps have stood the test of time, but after almost a century, are in need of replacement – a $40,000 project.
