WINGHAM – The Vance Fund donated $85,260 to the Wingham and District Hospital Foundation to help upgrade the hospital’s fleet of vital signs monitors. “Lee and Thora Vance’s dedication to local healthcare continues to be felt by everyone who walks through the doors of our hospital,” officials said.
