On Oct. 16, the St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School Cross Country Team travelled to Saugeen Bluffs to compete at the Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board Cross-Country event. As a school, St. Teresa placed second overall. The following students placed in each category: Grade 3 runners ran 100 metres, with Madisyn Camerson placing tenth overall, Oliver Huber placing second and Lucas Nickel placing seventh. Junior runners ran 1,500m, and Avery Stewart placed fourth, Emerald Moran placed fifth, Jude Hambrock placed first with a new board record of 5:50, and Ty Stark placed ninth. The junior team placed second overall. Intermediate runners ran 2,500m, and Claire Jagelewski placed sixth, Portia Stark placed tenth, and Anderson Batte placed ninth. The Intermediate Team placed second overall. Senior runners ran 3,500m, and Ottilia Cartwirght placed fourth while Cooper Zettler placed fifth. (Contributed photo)
