South Bruce approves phased-in development charges

With the approval of its development charges bylaw, residential developments in South Bruce will be charged the above amounts starting Aug. 1 and running through to the end of the year. In 2026, these values will double to 66% of the approved ceiling and in 2027, development charges will be 100% of the possible value, approximately three times the above amounts.
