The Town of South Bruce Peninsula has announced its plan to appeal to the Superior Court regarding the recent decision by Justice Susan Vella to honour Treaty #72 and return the beach to its rightful owners, the Chippewas of Saugeen. However, some Sauble Beach residents and cottagers feel left in the dark by the lack of communication from the town on the process, and are unsure exactly what it is the town is appealing.
