A June 15 public meeting regarding the proposed truck bypass plan and downtown improvements provided updates on a number of high-ticket solutions to Listowel’s downtown core. The truck bypass plan, investigated by Paradigm Transportation Solutions Limited, suggested a few possible routes for the bypass. They also found, as part of their study, that over 50 per cent of commercial trucks entering Listowel remain in the core for deliveries – according to their sample. (Submitted photo)
