North Perth Council recommended Perth County approve an official plan amendment in order to facilitate the development of lands with the address 306 Woodview Drive, Atwood. This site plan for a proposed 90-unit subdivision indicates 52 single detached dwelling units (green), 14 semi-detached dwelling units (green), and 24 street fronting townhouses (purple). It is also proposed that Woodview Drive would be extended through the property, and connect with the Atwood Station development to the north, intersecting the North Perth trail.
