Perth County adopts 2022 tax ratios

The 2022 tax ratios for Perth County have been approved and they are essentially the same as last year. The only change comes in the form of new business subclass – the small scale on-farm subclass. The new subclasses, two different levels of assessment, only covers two properties in Perth County, but both will benefit from the tax decrease. (Graphic courtesy of Perth County)
PERTH COUNTY – On May 19 Perth County council unanimously voted to adopt the 2022 tax ratios.
