NORTH PERTH – On Oct. 8 just after 7:30 a.m., the Perth County OPP investigated a break and enter at a Road 166 North Perth address.
Officers responded to reports for a known person who attended the above address and stole bicycle parts.
As a result of the investigation, Burton Weiss, 52, of North Perth has been arrested and charged with: Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence, theft under $5,000, possession of break-in instruments, possession property obtained by crime under $5,000 – in Canada, and obstruct peace officer.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in the City of Stratford at a later date.
