Vera Ida (Willis) Miller passed away at her home in Gowanstown, on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, in her 96th year.
Beloved wife of the late Cecil Miller. Mother of Eleanor Gilkinson, and Kathleen Groff, both of Gowanstown, Gerald & Cheri Anne Miller of Apalachin, New York, Joyce & Wayne Buchanan of Minesing, Evelyn Miller of Port Elgin, and Lawrence & Shelley Miller of Listowel. Also loved by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her parents Lawrence & Mary (Wallace) Willis, one brother, six sisters, sons Edward (in infancy) and Fred, grandson Mickey, great-grandson Jordan, son-in-law Edward Groff and daughter-in-law Jane Miller.
Visitation will be held at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Listowel on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel. Reception to follow at the Listowel Legion.
