Stephanie Jane (nee Hughes) Ralston was called to heaven with her loving family by her side on Monday May 13, 2024, at the age of 55, at the Chapman House Hospice in Owen Sound.
Stephanie will forever be remembered for her enduring kindness that left a lasting impression on every person she met. Her memory will be cherished by her loving husband of almost 35 years, Tom Ralston, and her sons Blakely and Spencer, who were her pride and joy.
Greatly missed by her parents, Bruce and Bette (predeceased) Hughes, and brother, Christopher Hughes. She will be greatly missed by her in-laws, Dianne and Robert (predeceased) Ralston, brother and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Stephanie took great pride in operating a construction company for 30 years with her husband, Tom. She was instrumental in the financial operations and home design before retirement to their beach house.
For those who knew her, know that family meant everything to Stephanie. She cherished every moment spent with her husband, Tom, and her boys, Blakely and Spencer. Her strength, compassion, and courage will never be forgotten.
Stephanie will be remembered for her love of the little things in life. She enjoyed reading novels, completing challenging puzzles, observing wildlife, listening to live music, and perhaps her greatest joy, watching sunsets.
Family and friends will be received at Listowel Community Family Funeral Home on Thursday, May 23rd for a private visitation at 9:30 a.m. and service at 11:00 a.m. Interment to take place at the Teeswater-Culross Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be directed to the Grey Bruce Hospice Inc. (Chapman House) as expressions of sympathy.
