Sharon June (Hodgins) Brooks of Listowel, passed away at Fordwich Village Nursing Home on Friday, January 12, 2024, at the age of 79 years.
Wife of the late Robert Brooks (2019)
Loving mother of Bevin and Karen Brooks, and Brad and Courtney Brooks, all of Listowel.
Proud grandmother of Brittney and Mike Hockey, Brandon Brooks, Parker Brooks, and Lawson Brooks, and great-grandmother of Jaxon, Owen, Bentley, and Ava-Lynn.
Sister-in-law of Wray and Nancy Brooks of Stratford, Georgina and Gerald Reid of Palmerston, Don and Jackie Brooks of Stratford, Jim and Nancy Brooks of Listowel, Audrey and Jamie Fitzgerald of Harrington, and Ken and Janice Brooks, and Di Brooks, all of Stratford, Lynn Brooks of Stratford, and Marj Brooks of Tavistock, and Stan Schade of Wiarton, and remembered by several nieces and nephews. Sharon was born in Kincardine of April 14, 1944, the only child of the late Perry and Hazel (Percy) Hodgins.
Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Friday, January 19, 2024 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. The Celebration of Sharon’s life will continue at Parkview Gardens, Listowel (Listowel Legion) on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m., with words of remembrance shared at 2:00 p.m.
Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
