Rudy Verstraeten of Listowel passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Friday, December 5, 2025, in his 76th year.
Rudy is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Marilyn (McLean) Verstraeten and his children Pamela Lee of Barrie, and Jason (Jessica) Verstraeten of Petrolia.
Much loved by his grandchildren Bryson and Vanessa Verstraeten.
He will be fondly remembered by his in-laws, his sisters, his nieces and nephews, and family friends.
Rudy was a long-time member of the LRRC and loved spending time touring on his motorcycle. Spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren showed his heartfelt love for them all.
Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
