Rose Kuntz of Walkerton passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton, in her 87th year. Beloved sister of Louis (Marlene) Kuntz of Walkerton, Earl Kuntz (Joyce Jung) of Toronto, Francis “Sam” Kuntz of Walkerton, and Wilma (Ross) Jeffray of Belmore. She will be remembered by her nieces, Tracey, Jackie, Angela (Heidi), Julie, and Kyla (Steve), nephew Mike, and great nephews Noah and Eli.
Rose loved being busy. She crafted, swam, danced, played bingo and always wanted to help people. She was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church and a member of the Catholic Women’s League. She was active in the congregation in past years and enjoyed friendship from many.
The family would like to express heartfelt appreciation to staff members of Community Living and Bruce Lea Haven for the support, love and friendship you gave Rose over the years. You all made her life so happy. Thank you!
Predeceased by her parents Melvin and Rosetta “Rose” Kuntz, and brothers Ronald and Larry Kuntz.
Celebration of Life for Rose will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Knights of Columbus Hall, Walkerton.
