On January 14th, as the fireplace roared and the snow fell, Reid peacefully passed away in his home.
Reid was born on April 5th, 1953 in Listowel. Son of George and Zetta Wilson.
Reid married Rhonda Stillar and they celebrated their 50th anniversary last year.
Reid was an innovative, passionate farmer until he retired and moved to Wyndott Estates, Moorefield trading in his 450 acres for 6.5 acres.
Reid enjoyed helping build our home, doing all the landscaping and maintenance. Reid created a mulch walking path through our bush with a calming sitting area by the creek. Leaving our farm after 46 years was an easy transition for Reid, and he enjoyed making so many beautiful creations.
Reid is survived by his wife, Rhonda. His son Nicholas Wilson and his wife, Billie-Jo Wilson. His daughter Jessica Edwards and her husband, Darren Edwards. Three granddaughters, Alexis Wilson, Isabella Edwards, Savannah Edwards and one grandson Gavin Wilson. One great-granddaughter Ivy Alexis Wilson.
Private arrangements have been entrusted to Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
