Robert Norman Fairles of Listowel passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Saturday, June 4, 2022, in his 89th year.
Husband of Edna (Sanderson) Fairles. Father of Jim & Mary Lou Fairles of Elora, Julie & John McKercher of Wroxeter, and Jan & Wayne Faust of Kurtzville. Grandfather of Jamie & Krista Fairles of Toronto, Chris Fairles of Kitchener, Lauren & Mike Longo of Toronto, Erin & Shaun Walker of Kirkland Lake, Holly Mitchell of Stratford, Emily & Steve Wideman of Trowbridge, Erica & Evan Zinn of Fordwich, and Evan & Amy Faust of Jamestown, and great-grandfather of Carter, Adelaide, Aurora, Elliott, Kaden, Jack, James, Kylie, Megan, Avery, Breanne, Logan, and Abigail. Brother of Elford Fairles of Ajax.
Visitation was held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Thursday, June 9 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a Masonic Lodge Memorial Service at 6:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Trinity United Church, Listowel on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. The service will be live-streamed and the link is available on the funeral home website. Interment in Gorrie Cemetery.
